# Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Anamedge.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

## Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags and original packaging must be included where applicable
- Proof of purchase is required

## Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through normal wear or misuse

## Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

## Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days.

## Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
